Volunteer of the Month – February 2016

Dustin Mauck practices intellectual property law at RegitzMauck PLLC, which just opened its doors in 2015. He is the current chair of the Veterans Outreach Subcommittee of the DBA Pro Bono Activities Committee, which has a primary objective of promoting the Veterans Legal Clinic. Since the clinic’s inception six years ago, Dallas attorneys have counseled thousands of veterans and their families. On the first Friday of almost every month, you will find Dustin at the clinic assisting our local veterans with their legal issues. Dustin has accepted various cases for representation through the clinic, including impending foreclosures, divorces, child support cases, business disputes, and consumer cases. He believes that “this is a great way to give back to our veterans and their families, who have sacrificed so much for our freedom and the judicial system that we practice within.” Dustin encourages Dallas attorneys to attend a Veterans Legal Clinic on the first Friday afternoon of each month at the Veterans Resource Center.
